Territory Sales Supervisor

To lead a team of Sales Representatives and Merchandisers within an assigned territory in order to achieve volume targets, distribution, visibility and the coverage of all outlets. As a team leader, the TSS is expected to train, motivate and control his/her team and is responsible for maximizing team effectiveness and developing the assigned geography.

  1. Spend 90% of time in the field
  2. Develop and increase the selling capabilities of the assigned sales team
  3. Provide leadership and direction to the team
  4. Achieve volume and sales targets for all products
  5. Ensure complete and on time collection from all outlets within the assigned area
  6. Identify problems or opportunities within the assigned area
  7. Achieve corporate merchandizing objectives and obtains maximum display support for all stores
  8. Make sure all team members are using the company's systems effectively and efficiently
  9. Communicate and support the roll out of consumer and trade activities
  10. Assist in setting monthly target to his team in relation to the potential of each territory
  11. Do 75 pushups everyday
